there's really nothing u can do i dont think..it saddens me 2 hear about these things in jail. You have no rights once ur behind their bars,it's like they take over!! I was in the same situation b4

I AGREE!!!! It's a dissappointment to hear about this,your families should not have to go through the pain and suffering of an abused inmate from the result of an officer. They have NO right to do such a thing to people,they strongly believe that because they have authority or wear a uniform that they have the rigt to do whatever they please. In due time they will be punished because everthing comes to light.All we can do as outsiders is pray for their safetyness and health while they're in jail,they treat peolple like animals even the receptionist at the front desk!! Someone really needs to do something about the cruel things that are happening in Ramsey county jail.

How do I go about taking care of a ticket that turned into a warrant

Your question should be directed to a lawyer, but I seen people take their ticket directly to the Law Enforcement Center and pay the ticket at the records and information area. After you paid the ticket walk over to the Warrant office and show them the reciept to have the warrant canceled.
